试带法尿亚硝酸盐定性试验与尿细菌培养相关性探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨试带法尿亚硝酸盐定性试验阳性与尿普通细菌培养及高渗尿培养的相关性。方法将406例试带法尿亚硝酸盐定性试验阳性尿标本作普通细菌培养,无细菌生长者继续作高渗尿培养。结果尿亚硝酸盐定性试验阳性尿标本普通细菌培养阳性率83.5%,无细菌生长者作高渗尿培养阳性率为88.1%。结论尿亚硝酸盐定性试验阳性常提示尿路感染,同时作高渗尿培养可提高细菌检出率。Objective To discuss the correlation between positive result of qualitative strip test of NIT and bacteria cultivation and bacteria hyperosmotic cultivation in urine samples. Methods Bacteria cultivation of urine were performed for 406 patients with positive result of qualitative strip test of NIT. Then bacteria hyperosmotic cultivation were undertaken in urine samples whose result of the normal cultivation is negtive. Results In the 406 patients with positive result of qualitative strip test of NIT,the positive rate of normal cultivation is 83.5 %. After the bacteria hyperosmotic cultivation,the positive rate is 88.1%. Conclusion Positive result of qualitative strip test of NIT often indicates urinary tract infection. Bacteria hyperosmotic cultivation can promote the positive rate of bacteria cultivation.
