摘　　要：蛋白质和氨基酸是一类重要的营养物质，是动物体内重要的能量来源，同时也是人体组织的重要组成成分，在细胞分化过程中也起着重要作用。研究发现，蛋白质和氨基酸可通过对基因表达的影响对代谢、生长发育以及细胞分化发挥重要的调控作用。本文综述了蛋白质和氨基酸对动物基因表达的调控，并对今后的研究趋势做了展望。Protein and amino acids are important nutrients which have been recognized as important energy source and important material of human tissue. They play an important role in the process of cell differentiation. Researches indicated that protein and amino acids could have im- portant effects on metabolism, growth and cell differentiation by the regulation of gene expression. This paper overviews the regulation of protein and amino acids on animal gene expression, and has farther prospects of research trends in the future.
