摘　　要：目的探讨利用鼻中隔黏骨膜瓣对眼眶部分缺损的修补。方法对9例鼻腔鼻窦肿瘤和4例眼眶肿瘤患者,根据肿瘤性质和病变范围,采用经鼻侧切开上颌骨部分截除(或全部截除)加筛窦切除术,或内镜下经筛窦内侧开眶肿瘤切除术。回顾分析鼻中隔黏骨膜瓣在眼眶部分缺损修补中的应用。结果 13例患者中,均在手术切除肿瘤后一期修补眶下壁及眶内壁成功。无手术死亡、脑脊液漏、眶内感染、复视、视力下降及其它严重并发症。结论在鼻腔鼻窦肿瘤和眼眶肿瘤的手术治疗中,当眼眶骨质受到肿瘤侵蚀,切除肿瘤后形成部分缺损时,可转移适当的鼻中隔黏骨膜瓣一期修补该局部缺损。Objective To investigate the neoplasty of fossa orbitalis defect by using mucoperiosteal flap of nasal septum.Methods A retrospective study was reviewed in 9 patients with tumors in nasal cavity and nasal sinuses,and in 4 patients with neoplasms in orbit.According to tumor characteristics and range,by partial or total maxillectomy and ethmoidectomy,or tumorectomy by intine of ethmoid,fossa orbitalis defects were repaired synchronously on the heels of resection of the tumors which damaged fossa orbitali.Results Among the 13 patients,all the destructions were repaired following resection of tumor synchronous1y.There were no complications of surgical death,cerebrospinal fluid leakage,infection of fossa orbitali,and diplopia,visual lose and so on.Conclusion During the operation of tumor in nasal cavity,nasal sinuses and orbit neoplasms when defect of fossa orbitalis is found and the defects need repair,it is could take advantage of mucoperiostea1 flap of nasal septum to perform the transplantation of mucoperiosteal flap in order to avoid forming local defect.
