摘  要:应用有限元软件对圆筒件拉深成形过程进行数值模拟,建立了具有实际应用价值的有限元模型。采用成形后板料的最大厚度与最小厚度之差Δt作为均匀设计试验评价指标,并进行了验证。实际应用表明该评价指标能准确反应多因素影响圆筒件拉深成形均匀设计试验模型拟合的优劣。The cylinder part deep drawing was digitally simulated based on the finite element software and an finite element model that has practical application value was established.The Δt, namely the difference value between the maximum thickness of the formed plate and the minimum one was taken as the evaluating index of the uniform design test, and the model validation was carried out.Experiment indicates that the evaluating index can exactly reflect and bad of the uiniform design test model that the cylinder part drawing was affected by multi factors.
