摘 要:供应链管理和标准化是中餐企业提高竞争力,做大做强的必由之路。餐饮企业间的竞争本质上是供应链之间的竞争。中餐企业由于市场定位不同、经营模式不同,必然选择不同的供应链模式。本文分析了中餐业4种典型供应链管理模式的运营特点、优劣和市场适用性,提出了中餐企业供应链管理模式未来的发展趋势。Supply chain management and standardization have long been a important road for Chinese food enterprises to enhance competitiveness and become bigger and stronger. The competition among food enterprises is essentially a competition between the supply chains. Due to the different market position,and different business models,Chinese food enterprises must choose a corresponding supply chain model. In this paper,the operating characteristics, strengths and weaknesses and market applicability of four kinds of Chinese food enterprise's supply chain management models are analyzed and the development trends of Chinese food supply chain management model are proposed.
