小切口非超声乳化白内障手术在基层医院的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨在基层医院设备比较简陋条件下行小切口非超声乳化白内障手术的疗效。方法在广东省边远(贫困)地区基层医院进行3000例表面麻醉小切口非超声乳化白内障防盲手术,观察术后1周视力及并发症。结果平均每台手术10min左右,除43例后囊膜破裂外,植入人工晶体2957例(98.57%),术后1周矫正视力≥0.5者2976例(脱盲率99.2%),0.1～0.4者21例,0.1以下3例。结论小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除手术疗效好、手术时间短、并发症少,能使白内障群体得以早日复明,是基层医院白内障复明的首选手术方法。Objective To analize the efficacy of the non-phacoemulsification small incision cataract extraction and IOL implantation in rural hospitals whose equipment are poor（retrospective clinical study）.Methods 3000 cases cataract have been operated with non-phacoemulsification small incision cataract extraction and IOL implantation in rural hospitals and vision and complications of the operation were observed 1 week after the operation.Results Average time of the operation is 10 min.Post-cyst of lens were broken in 43 cases,thereby artificial lens have been implanted in 2957 cases （98.57%）.Post-operational vision were ≥0.5 in 2976 cases （99.2%）,by 0.1～0.4 in 21 cases,less than 0.1 in 3 cases.Conclusion Taking account of the advantages of the non-phacoemulsification small incision cataract extraction and IOL implantation,such as good efficacy,limited duration,less complications; it should be the first choice for cataract surgery in rural hospitals.
