我国高校民族传统体育专业发展制约因素及趋势研究

摘　　要：为提高民族传统体育专业的培养质量,探寻其科学化、规范化的发展道路,对我国9所开办民族传统体育专业的高等院校进行调查,结果显示:民族传统体育学科建设仍较薄弱、生源招收的方式过于单一、课程设置还不够完善、培养目标的定位与学生就业现实有差距以及师资专业知识与技能结构不均衡是制约该专业发展的主要因素。提出了我国高校民族传统体育专业发展趋势:学科理论体系更加完善;培养目标向"一专多能"转变;课程内容更加平衡;生源招收的方式转向"单招"与"普招"相结合;专业体系愈加规范化。In order to improve the cultivation quality of specialty of national traditional sports and seek the scientific and normalized ways of development,this paper investigates nine colleges and universities in which specialty of national traditional sports are established.The results show that the disciplinary construction of national traditional sports is still weaker,enrollment of student source is excessively unitary,course offered is not perfect,orientation of cultivation objective and reality of student employment have gap,and the unbalance between teachers＇ professional knowledge and technical ability are the major factors restricting development of such specialty.This paper puts forward the developmental trend of specialty of national traditional sports in the future：theoretical system of discipline should be more perfect;the cultivation objective changes to be ＂good at many things and expert in one＂;course content should be highly balanced;the enrollment of student sources should combine＂the Shan move ＂ with ＂the general move ＂ and special field system should be highly normalized.
