摘 要:以碟式分离机的关键部件转鼓为研究对象。首先采用Solid Edge软件对其进行三维实体建模;其次利用ANSYS软件对其进行应力分析,对不同转速下的应变和应力变化情况进行了比较与分析;最后对转鼓强度进行了评价。结果表明:自行设计的转鼓最大应力远远小于许用应力,满足强度要求,为转鼓的设计提供了重要的理论依据。Took the key parts of a dish-style separator: rotary drum, as the object of study. First of all, Solid Edge software was used to set up 3D solid modeling; secondly, ANSYS software was used to analyze the stress of the rotary drum, and the comparison and analysis of strain and stress on the different speed was done; and finally, the intensity of the rotary drum was evaluated. The results showed that the maximum stress of self-designed rotary drum is far less than the allowable stress, which meets the strength requirements. It provides important theoretical basis for rotary drum's design.
