摘  要:娃哈哈、碧桂园、汇源、新希望,一拨50后创立的大企业面临着如何将企业顺畅平稳传递给他们75后子女的大问题。75后将如何续写新篇?When it comes to the handing over of their enterprises to an offspring,almost all entrepreneurs in Greater China say with one voice that the coming generation is'not good enough'.Around the world,their European and American counterparts may not think differently,it's just that Chinese tend to think aloud with an exceptional frankness.Europeans are often much more subtle with occasional black humor;and Americans have their time-honored mechanism as a solution:not good enough? We can sell it or find a new manager. Now,some Chinese entrepreneurs have taken a crucial move for the future of their enterprises - to name an heir or heiress. In 2010,Zong Fuli was named general manager of Wahaha Group's Import and Export Company, which was created by integrating the related businesses of several Wahaha departments,including the Supply Dept and Engineering Dept.Meanwhile, she is also responsible for the group's investment and the internationalization of Wahaha's brand. Also in 2010,Zhu Xinli reorganized China Huiyuan Juice Group Ltd.,with his daughter Zhu Shengqin,35 years old,moving to the front. Almost at the same time,Zheng Laiyi,the son of Zheng Xiukang,Kangnai Group's founder,was promoted the group's general manager.
