摘 要:蓖麻秆是一种优质的纤维原料,为了更好地利用蓖麻秆,对其纵向不同部位和整秆进行了仔细研究。利用高效能表面张力/接触角仪、广角X-射线衍射仪,参照造纸原料化学成分分析标准对蓖麻秆及其不同部位的浸润性、相对结晶度和化学成分进行了分析研究;利用t-检验法检验了各个不同部位理化性能的差异显著性;利用SAS软件编程分析各指标之间的相关性;应用主成分分析法对不同部位的理化性能进行了综合评价。研究结果表明,蓖麻秆不同部位的理化性能差异性非常显著,蓖麻秆整秆的相对结晶度为63.27%,高于稻草的相对结晶度,是一种力学强度较好的纤维原料,化学成分较好,可用于造纸和人造板。各指标之间都有一定的相关关系,节间区的综合理化性能最好,穗部的综合理化性能最差,在工业化生产中宜除去。The castor stalks are one kind of good woody materials, the objective of the study was to use the resource better. Studying the wettability, relatively crystal degree and chemistry composition of the stalks by wide-angle X-ray diffraction instrument, high potency suface tension and contact angle instrument and the standard chemistry composition analysis of the raw material for paper making ( GB 2677.1-81), testing the significance of difference, correlation and combination property of the physics-chemistry properties of the stalk by t-checking methods and SAS and main-ingredient analysis. The results show: the properties of the different part plant have remarkable difference: the relatively crystal degree of the stalks is 63.27% more higher than it of the rice-straw; its chemistry compositions of stalks is good and it is used in paper and WBP: There are certain relationship between the indexes of the properties of the stalks, and the combination property of the section between two nodes is best, but it of the spike is worst. So the spike should be remove when the stalks used in industry producing.
