摘　　要：介绍了英国保柏"管理质量服务"(Managing Quality Services)国际医保认证体系的宗旨及体系分层、认证过程、优势与局限性,并由此得出制订中医服务认证标准并使其融入国际医保认证体系,实现中医服务国际化的可能性。The essay introduces the purpose,components of the system,procedures,advantages and limitations of international medical insurance accreditation system named Managing Quality Services of Bupa Group in Britain,and draws a conclusion about the possibilities and significance in achieving internationalized traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） services by formulating accreditation standard and being parts of international medical insurance accreditation system.
