摘　　要：本文基于2000-2009年中国创业投资产业的投资数据,利用产业组织理论和微观经济理论对我国创业投资业市场结构进行了考察。研究发现,中国创业投资产业的市场结构类型在竞争型、寡占型Ⅳ、寡占型Ⅴ这三种类型之间波动,但总体上接近于垄断竞争市场。Based on the Chinese VC Industry＇ s market data from 2000 to 2009, this paper studies the market structure of Chinese VC Industry from the two theories of industry organization and microeconomics. The results show that China＇s venture capital market structure type fluctuated between three types which are competitive, oligopoly Ⅳ , oligopoly Ⅴ , but overall the market structure types can be roughly classified as monopolistic competition-type.
