摘　　要：目的探讨准分子激光角膜切削术（ＰＲＫ）术后眼压变化规律，皮质类固醇激素对眼压的影响及手术区和非手术区眼压差异情况。方法共随访７２例（１３８眼），其中轻度近视２３例（４４眼），中度近视３５例（６９眼），高度近视１４例（２５眼），于术前及术后２周、１月、２月、３月、４月用非接触式眼压计分别测量手术区（角膜中央）和非手术区（下方角膜周边部）眼压。结果（１）ＰＲＫ术后各阶段眼压普遍低于术前基础眼压，两者有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．００１）。（２）手术区眼压均低于非手术区眼压，但两者无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。（３）激素性高眼压最早出现在术后２周，多在术后３月。结论（１）由于ＮＣＴ本身的局限性可能导致的误差，应对ＰＲＫ术后ＮＣＴ所测的眼压值做综合分析、判断。（２）ＰＲＫ术后应在使用皮质类固醇激素２周开始定期监测眼压。Objective To explore the regularity of intraocular pressure following PRK,effects of corticosteroid,differences of intraocular pressure on treated and untreated area of cornea.Methods 72 cases (138 eyes)performed PRK were followed-up for 4 months;light,moderated and high degree of myopia were 23 cases(44 eyes),35 cases(69 eyes)and 14 cases(25 eyes).IOP was measured with NCT on treated and untreated area of cornea in 2 weeks and1、2、3、4month following PRK.Results (1)Iop reading after PRK is generally lower than that before PRK and showed significant difference( P <0.001).(2)Steroid-induced glaucomas might be observed early in 2 weeks,usually occurred at 3 months after surgery.(3)IOP reading is lower on treated than untreated area of cornea and showed no significant difference( P <0.05).Conclusion (1)Iop reading after PRK should be judged generally.(2)IOP of the patients which receiving corticosteroid eyedrops treatment for 2 weeks should be followed-up.
