精神病患者血清SIL-2R水平的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨ＳＩＬ－２Ｒ在精神病患者血清中水平及临床意义。方法用ＥＬＩＳＡ检测了１９２例精神病患者血清ＳＩＬ－２Ｒ含量。结果精神病患者血清ＳＩＬ－２Ｒ水平明显高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）；精神病患者男女之间血清ＳＩＬ－２Ｒ水平无差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）；阳性家族史与阴性家族史患者ＳＩＬ－２Ｒ均高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１），经精神药物治疗痊愈的５１例患者血清ＳＩＬ－２Ｒ水平减低，与对照组无差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论检测血清ＳＩＬ－２Ｒ水平反映精神病患者免疫状况和病情变化。Objective To investigate the serum SIL2R level in psychotic patients and its clinical relevance. Method The levels of serum SIL2R of 192 psychotic patients were measured with ELISA. Results The levels of serum SIL2R of psychotics were higher than that of control(P<0.01); the level of serum SIL2R has no different between male and female patients(P>0.05).The patients with positive family history and those with negative family history all had higher levels of serum SIL2R than control group (P<0.01).After treated with psychotherapeutic drugs,51 recovered patients had lowered levels of serum SIL2R without difference from control group (P>0.05). Conclusion The levels of SIL2R can be a marker to reflect the immune status and the changes of the disease in the disease in psychotic patients.
