摘  要:目的:观察移植性肿瘤H22对动物血清蛋白表达的影响,并探讨树舌多糖GF注射液(GASPGF)抑制肿瘤的血清蛋白质组学机制。方法:小鼠随机分为正常组、肿瘤组、GAPSGF组。通过SDS-PAGE技术对各组血清进行分离,利用PDQuest 6.1软件对各组图谱进行对比分析,观察其改变。结果:分离得到正常组样品组分20个,肿瘤组24个,GAPSGF组22个。肿瘤组与正常组相比,多出8条带,缺失4条。GAPSGF组能使在肿瘤组多表达的3条带和缺失的2条带恢复正常组水平。结论:树舌多糖GF能通过影响移植性肿瘤动物的血清蛋白质组达到抗肿瘤作用。Objective:The technique and strategy of serum proteomics were used to differentiate and identify proteins secreted by mouse hepatoma cell line H22 and normal mouse. Through the variation in serum protein expression map, we can observe the effectiveness of GASPG]?. Construct technique platform on proteomics for researching the traditional Chinese medicine to inhibit tumor. Methods :Supporled by electrophoretic technique. Set up the serum protein expression map of all groups that included normal group, tumor group and GASPGF group. One dimensional SDS -PAGE eleetrophorsis was performed to separate the proteins of every group, searched differentially expressed protein spots or straps. Results:Normal group has 20 straps; tumor group has 24 straps ; GASPGF group has 22 straps. Conclusion : GASPGF can affect the serum proteomics of mouse.
