血清CA125测定对浆液性卵巢癌的术前诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨肿瘤相关抗原ＣＡ１２５对浆液性卵巢癌及粘液性卵巢癌的术前诊断价值。方法应用ＭＥＩＡ法对２１５份血清标本进行ＣＡ１２５测定，并参照病理学检查。结果ＣＡ１２５浆液性卵巢癌灵敏度为９０．２％，粘液性卵巢癌灵敏度为１５．８％，试验总灵敏度为６６．７％，特异性８０．０％，诊断有效率７６．３％。结论血清ＣＡ１２５检测对浆液性卵巢癌的术前诊断有较大临床价值，并可作为早期浆液性卵巢癌的筛选标志物。Objective To study the preoperative diagnostic value of serum CA125 determination in serous ovarian cancer and mucinous ovarian cancer. Methods Serum CA125 levels in 215 patients were determined by microparticle enzyme immunoassay(MEIA), and compared with pathological diagnosis. Results The sensitivity in serous ovarian cancer was 90.2%,and mucinous ovarian cancer was 15.8%;the assay total sensitivity was 66.7% and specificity was 80.0%, diagnostic coincidence was 76.3%. Conclusion Serum CA125 is a valuable marker for preoperative detection of serous ovarian cancer, and also a tumour marker for screening early stage of serous ovarian cancer.
