摘  要:目的:观察病理性黄疸新生儿红细胞葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(G6PD)缺陷合并弓形体(TOX)感染的关系。方法:采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术对179例被确诊为病理性黄疸新生儿患者进行血清TOX检测,并同时进行G6PD、血常规、胆红素等各项指标的测定,进行比较。结果:179例病理性黄疸新生儿中,TOX 41例(22.90%),G6PD缺陷者24例(13.41%),G6PD缺陷+TOX感染者18例(10.06%)。结论:G6PD缺陷合并TOX感染之间存在显著性相关。Objective: To observe the relationship between Glucose- 6 -phosphate Deplrdrogenase (G6PD) disfigurement and toxoplasma (TOX) infection in newborn with pathological jaundice. Methods: To make use of the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technology to carry out blood serum TOX test on 179 patients who had been diagnosed suffering from neonatal pathological jaundice. At the same time, the tests about G6PD, blood, bilirubin and so on were made and the makes were compared. Results: Among the 179 patients suffering from neonatal pathological jaundice, 41 patients (22. 9% ) had been infected with TOX, 24 patients (13.41%) G6PD disfigurement, 18 patients ( 10.06% ) G6PD disfigurement and TOX. Conclusion: There is remarkable relation between G6PD disfigurement and TOX infection.
