摘　　要：目的建立了毛细管柱GC法测定拨云散眼药中龙脑、异龙脑含量测定方法。方法采用DB-WAX毛细管柱,FID检测器,乙酸乙酯为溶剂。结果龙脑平均回收率为98.03%;RSD为0.7%;异龙脑平均回收率96.27%;RSD为0.6%。结论本方法简便,结果可靠,可作为该制剂质量控制标准。Objective A capillary GC method was established for the determination of Borneo camphor in Boyunsan Ophthalmic Remedy.Methods A DB-WAX capillary column was used with FID as detector and ethyl acetate as the solvent.Results The average recovery of borneol was 98.03%,with RSD of 0.7%,the average recovery of（＋）-borneol was 96.27%,with RSD of 0.6%.Conclusion The method is simple and reliable.It can be used for the drug control.
