从玉米棒包皮中提取纤维素纤维的研究

摘　　要：实验中结合了物理、化学以及生物的方法,得到从玉米棒包皮中提取出纤维素纤维的优化工艺条件。测定了玉米棒包皮纤维的化学成分。与棉纤维相比,玉米棒包皮纤维具有粗、硬和黄(颜色)三大外观特点;实验结果表明:在相同条件下,玉米棒包皮纤维的氧漂和活性染料染色效果均比棉纤维差。Combining physical,chemical and biological methods for experiments,we have obtained the optimal process conditions for preparation of cellulosic fibres from corn's ear-like covers.The chemical compositions of corn's ear-like cover fibre are determined,and the fibre is characterized by roughness,stiffness and yellowness as compared with cotton fibre.The experimental results show that under the same conditions,corn's ear-like cover fibre is more difficult to be bleached with oxygen or dyed with reactive dyes in comparison with cotton fibre.
