摘  要:目的观测电针对铝中毒痴呆病理模型受试兔自主性生理活动行为和对脑脊液-海马区谷氨酸含量异常升高进行调节性治疗作用的影响。方法将受试兔随机分为空白组、模型组、针刺组和脑复康组;项背部皮下注射氯化铝制作病理模型;治疗5 W后,以旷野法进行行为学检测,并用比色法检测脑脊液-海马区谷氨酸的含量变化。结果与空白组比较,模型组水平运动次数明显减少,对声音刺激的反应明显下降,该组样本中谷氨酸含量明显异常升高;与模型组比较,针刺组和脑复康组水平运动次数明显增加,对声音刺激的反应明显改变,脑脊液-海马区中谷氨酸含量明显降低。结论本试验显示,电针治疗能纠正该模型兔显著降低的一般自主性生理活动行为与明显减少的探究性活动行为;对异常升高的脑脊液-海马区谷氨酸含量具有治疗性下调作用。Objective To study tbe effect of electric needle on automatic physiological behaviour and GAA content of rabbits with aluminium induced dementia. Methods Rabbits were divided into four groups: control group, mode group, acupuncture group, and brain recovery group. Mode were made by injecting aluminum chloride. Five weeks later, physiological behavior and GAA content were tested. Result Movement frequency reduced and reaction to sound lowered in mode group comparing with control group. Movement frequency and reaction to sound increased in acupuncture and brain recovery group comparing with mode group. In this group, GAA content lowered. Conclusion This experiment showed electric acupuncture can correct automatic physiological behaviour and lower abnormal GAA level.
