摘 要:为了弄清不同浸泡方式与As、Hg浸出量之间的关系,采用全自动编程微波消解样品,原子荧光光谱法对10种来自不同地区的红、绿茶中的重金属As、Hg总含量进行检测,并模拟日常泡茶方式,从浸泡时间、浸泡水温、浸泡重复次数了解对As、Hg浸出量的影响。结果表明:10种茶叶样品中As、Hg含量基本符合限量指标;但在不同的浸泡方式上,红茶As、Hg浸出率高于绿茶;无机As、Hg的浸出速度快于有机As、Hg;As的浸出速度高于Hg的浸出速度。Total As and Hg content in 10 green and black tea samples from different regions was determined by atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry based on full-automatic programming microwave digestion to study the relationship between As and Hg infusion quantity and different infusion pattern and the effect of infusion time,temperature and frequency on As and Hg infusion quantity.The results showed that the As and Hg content in 10 tea samples were in accord with the limited index basically,the As and Hg infusion rate in black tea samples was higher than that in green tea sample,the inorganic As and Hg infusion speed in tea was faster than organic As and Hg infusion speed,and the As infusion speed was higher than Hg infusion speed.
