摘　　要：本文从地质资料服务收费的合理性及合法性论证入手,在对国外地质产品服务收费的相关政策及实践和国内类似产品服务收费情况进行分析的基础上,提出我国应尽快制定地质资料服务收费办法,并且对其中包含的立法目的、收费原则、收费项目、收费标准及基本规章框架进行了分析与构想。Starting from the analysis on rationality and legitimacy of fee charging for geologic data service , based on analysis on the related policies and practices in this field, and service charges in similar fields, the paper put forward the opinion that regulations for the geologic data service charging should be established as soon as possible, and discussion is also given to legislative purpose, charge principles, items of charge, charge standards and fundamental regulation framework , etc.
