摘　　要：外商直接投资对华技术转移的加强和深入,在增强中国产业竞争力的同时,一方面带来了产业集中度较高的市场垄断局面,中国本土企业产生依赖心理,导致本土研发的挤出效应,另一方面对促进和改善中国的知识产权保护效果也不明显。因此,在后危机时代,中国需要对外商直接投资对华技术转移效应进行冷静思考,以更有效地利用外商直接投资并提高中国企业的国际竞争力。The strengthening and deep of the technology transfer of foreign direct investment in China can enhance Chinese industrial competitiveness,but at the same time,on the one hand,it has brought the market monopoly situation with higher industrial concentration,resulting in dependent psychology of domestic Chinese companies and domestic research extrusion effect,on the other hand,its＇ effect on promoting and improving China＇s intellectual property protection is not obvious.Therefore,in the ＂post-crisis era＂,we need to think calmly about the technology transfer effect of foreign direct investment in China,to utilize more effectively the foreign direct investment and improve the international competitiveness of enterprises in China
