摘　　要：为了促进知识联盟的稳定性,一方面需要合理设计联盟合作的战略架构,确立和利用正式的程序和组织规则去监控和激励诚信行为,保护成员的正当权益;另一方面,需要依赖于价值、文化和目标的内化,去鼓励成员合作,立足于建立一个良好的联盟伙伴关系,寻求知识共享与保护之间的合理平衡。In order to promote the stability of the alliance,on the one hand,it＇s necessary to design a reasonable strategic framework for the cooperation of the alliance,determine and utilize the formal procedures and organizational rules to monitor and spirit up the honest behaviors,and protect the justified rights and interests of the alliance members;on the other hand,it＇s necessary to encourage the cooperation of the alliance members by adherence to the value,culture and aim,set foot on establishing good relationships among alliance partners,and search for reasonable balance between knowledge sharing and knowledge protection.
