摘　　要：本文深入分析4S企业的竞争情报收集工作现状,针对问题引入知识管理的模式,提出了由情报规划模块、采集模块、处理模块和使用模块4个部分组成基于知识管理的4S企业竞争情报收集系统的构建。从分析竞争情报收集系统的信息需求和功能需求入手,对该系统的业务流程、总体结构进行了分析与设计,为竞争情报在该类企业中的应用提供了新的模式与相关研究的理论基础。This paper gives an in-depth analysis of the status quo of the 4S enterprise competitive intelligence collection work.In combination with the existing problems,the paper introduces a knowledge management model, and proposes to construct a 4S enterprise competitive intelligence collection system composed of intelligence planning module,intelligence acquisition module,intelligence processing module and intelligence utilization module,and based on knowledge management.Proceeding with the analysis of the information demand and functional demand of the competitive intelligence collection system,the paper analyzes and designs the operating process and overall structure of the system,and provides a new model of the application of competitive intelligence in these enterprises as well as theoretical basis for related research.
