摘  要:编辑出版人才,是一种大成、通博、专精的综合型特殊专业人才。在网络化、信息化、数字化出版时代,这类人才必须在综合性大学中培养。结合我国50所大学创办编辑出版学本科专业的实际情况(如编辑人才培养目标、就业、用人单位不衔接以及培养模式等),除传统的媒体编辑外,还要提升、扩大并适应未来的策划编辑、网络编辑和编校管理人才,以及发行、数字出版人才等需要,建立编辑、出版、发行、管理、技术、研究有机结合的"重一顾三"动态培养模式体系,从而为培养高层次编辑出版专业人才服务,以适应社会文化发展和出版市场需求。The editing and publishing major integrates achievements,versatility and specialty.Based on the current state of the editing and publishing major set up in 50 higher education institutions-generally from the perspectives of the discrepancy among training objectives,job-hunting and the need of employers as well as the problems in the training mode and strategy of the editing and publishing major,the writers conclude that the editing and publishing major must be educated in a comprehensive university in the networked,informationized and digitalized publishing epoch,according to the educating objective.Besides the traditional media editing,the enhancement and magnification should be made in order to meet the upcoming personnel requirements like planning editors,cyber editors and managerial editors as well as publishing and digital publishing staff.A dynamic educating mode,namely "Focusing on one and taking care of the other three",should be established with a dynamic integration of editing,publishing,issuing,managing,engineering as well as researching.Thus the mode can nurture high-level editing talents to meet the needs of social cultural development and publishing market.
