DP方案时辰给药治疗40例晚期非小细胞肺癌临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察DP方案时辰化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效、生活质量改善情况和不良反应。方法 81例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为A组（时辰化疗组,40例）和B组（常规化疗组,41例）,两组均采用DP方案全身化疗,每21天为1个周期,共4~6个周期。结果 A组疗效明显高于B组（P〈0.05）;A组不良反应低于B组（P〈0.05）;两组患者化疗后生活质量改善的有效率分别为82.5%和60.9%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组患者中位生存期、中位无进展生存期,1、2年生存率比较差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论 DP方案时辰给药治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效较好,可以改善生活质量,不良反应较低,可在临床上推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect,improvement of life quality,and toxicity of DP regimen chrono-chemotherapy in advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods 81 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into group A（chrono-chemotherapy group,40 cases）and group B（conventional chemotherapy group,41 cases）.All patients were treated with DP regimen for 4-6 cycles and every 21 days for a cycle.Results Group A was more effective than group B（P0.05）,and had lower adverse reactions as well（P0.05）;The quality of life rates of A,B groups was 82.5% and 60.9% respectively after chemotherapy,the quality of life improvement of two groups was statistically significant different（P0.05）.No difference were found between two groups in time to median survival,median progression-free survival,1,2-year survival rate of two groups of patients（P0.05）.Conclusion DP regimen chrono-dose chemotherapy is effective in treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer and able to improve the quality of life.Toxicity can be tolerant and it can be used in clinic.
