摘　　要：探讨了图书馆员职业素养的内涵,指出:图书馆员职业素养是职业精神与专业能力的结合,并就图书馆员职业精神和专业能力的具体内容做了阐述。The paper discusses the connotations of professional qualities that librarians should possess in their careers,and points out that the professional qualities of librarians is the combination of occupational spirits and specialized capabilities.Then the authors describe the contents of the spirits and capabilities in detail.
