海洛因依赖患者心率变异性分析

摘　　要：【目的】观察海洛因依赖患者心率变异性各项指标的临床意义。【方法】对86例海洛因依赖患者与89例对照组进行全程24 h动态心电图检查,并行心率变异性时域和频域分析对比。【结果】海洛因依赖患者组SDNN、SDANN、SDNNIr、MSSD、PNN50降低,LF、HF也降低,LF/HF增大,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。【结论】心率变异性(heart rate variability,HRV)能较直观反映海洛因依赖患者的交感神经及迷走神经的功能失衡,且稳定性、重复性及敏感性较好。【Objective】 To observe clinical significance of heart rabe variability of the drug addicts.【Methods】 Make a 24-hour dynamic ECG to 86 drug addicts and 89 normal subjects.Then make a conbrast analysis to the time domain and freguency domain of heart rabe variability.【Results】 SDNN 、SDANN、SDNNIdex、RMSSD、PNN50、LF and HFHRV are singnificanbly lower as well as LF and HF and LF/HF is singnificanbly higer in drug addicts than those in normal subjects（P0.05）.【Conclusion】 HRV can easily reveal that whether the sympathelic never and vagus never of the drug addicts have lost the functional balance.HRV has a good stability and sensibivity and can be used repeabedly.
