摘　　要：深入探析中外德育评估模式,提出了高校德育评估模式的创新设计,解决凸显问题,改善管理行为模式,真正实现"以评促建、以评促管、评建结合、重在建设"的评估理念和目标。On the ground of deep analysis of Chinese and foreign assessment modes of moral education,this paper forwards the new design of the assessment mode for college moral education to solve difficult problems,improve management behavior mode and realize the assessment idea and goal of ＂promoting construction and management through assessing,integrating assessment and construction and stressing construction＂.
