海洛因滥用者复吸情况的分析

摘　　要：目的:从人口学特征、药物滥用史、滥用行为特征、特别是复吸原因等多方面分析我国海洛因滥用者的复吸情况,以提高戒毒的成功率。方法:检索1995年～2008年国内医药学期刊报道的海洛因滥用者复吸案例,并进行统计、分析。结果:海洛因复吸者具有较为明显的人口学特征和药物滥用行为特征,复吸者中男性占74.43%,年龄分布在21～40岁的占74.28%,初中以下占76.24%,未婚则有53.85%,无业和个体经营者占73.89%。海洛因依赖者完全脱毒十分艰难,复吸原因复杂多样,包括社会因素、环境因素和心理因素。结论:必须充分了解我国海洛因依赖者复吸情况,加强对毒品流行的预防和控制。坚持多元视角对戒毒问题进行研究,寻求有效的预防复吸的方案,并且重视戒毒过程的每一个环节,以提高戒毒率。Objective： To make an analysis of relapse of heroin abusers from the demographic characteristics, history of drug abuse, abuse characteristics, in particular the reasons for relapse, in order to improve the rate of treatment. Methods： Heroin abusers relapse cases reported in the internal pharmaceutical Journals retrieved from 1995 to 2008 were collected and analyzed statistically. Results： The characters including demographics, history of abuse and abuse patterns are obvious. Among the people of relapse of heroin abusers, male accounted for 74.43%. Those aged between 21 -40 years old accounted for 74.28%.Most of them were low educational attainment and among them, 76.24% were only primary or junior high school level or even lower. What＇s more, there were 53.85% of people unmarried. And most of them were unemployed and self-employed,which count for 73.89%.In addition, complete detoxifications of heroin addicts are very difficult. The reasons for relapse are complex and varied, including social factors, environmental factors and psychological factors.Conclusion： We should make an understanding of relapse of heroin abusers comprehensively and adopt strong actions to control heroin abuse. What＇s more, we should analyze the problem of detoxifications from different parts and search effective programs for detoxifications .We must pay attention to every aspect of detoxification, so as to improve the rate of treatment.
