摘 要:研究了镀锌板无铬钝化工艺技术,用以取代传统的高毒性铬酸盐钝化处理。以钼酸盐为主要成分,对镀锌钢板钝化工艺技术进行了系统的研究。讨论了钝化温度、钝化处理时间、钝化液pH值等对钝化成膜及膜层耐蚀性的影响。通过醋酸铅点滴试验,电化学测试等方法对无铬钝化样品的耐蚀性进行了研究。实验结果表明,该无铬钝化膜具有较好的耐腐蚀性,但与铬酸盐还有一定的差距。In this paper,to replace the traditional highly toxic chromate passivation,I researched the chromium-free passivation technology of the galvanized sheet,and choosed molybdate as the main component to study the galvanized steel passivation technology systematically.I discussed the temperature of passivation,the time of passivation,the pH value of passivation to study the impact of the passive film and corrosion resistance.The corrosion resistance of samples with Chromium-free passivation was studied using tests of lead acetate,electrochemical testing.Experimental results show that the chromium-free passive film has a good corrosion resistance,but there is still a certain gap with the chromate.
