摘　　要：设计了基于TMS320LF2407A DSP芯片和μC/OS-II RTOS(实时操作系统)的步进电机簇绒提花控制系统。采用DSP芯片,提高了系统的运算速度和精度;利用实时操作系统设计下位机软件,改善了软件系统的实时性、可维护性和扩展性;采用CAN总线组网,实现了多电机群控。Based on TMS320LF2407A DSP Chip and μC/OS-II Real-time operating system,designed a jacquard control system for stepper motor carpet tufting machine.Using DSP microcontroller chip enhanced the system of computing speed and accuracy;using real-time operating system designed software,improved the system of real-time,maintainability and scalability.Another,system uses CAN bus as communication network to realize the synchronization of multi-motor control.
