摘　　要：发达国家在建设高校创业教育师资方面取得了很大的发展,如严格选拔和培训创业教育教师、配备雄厚的创业教育师资力量、注重创业教育教师的创业实践经验。结合我国高校创业教育师资队伍的现状,我国应建设一支具有良好创业素养的专兼职教师队伍、加强高校创业教育教师的创业体验及实践、提高高校创业教育教师的素质,促进其专业化。The university teacher faculty construction of enterprise education is the guarantee to improve the quality of entrepreneurship education and train creative talents. Developed countries in building enterprise education teacher has made a lot of development, such as rigorously select and train the entrepreneurship education teachers, equip with a strong entrepreneurship education teachers ,focus＂on entrepreneurial experience of entrepreneurship education teachers. Combined the actuality of enterprise education teacher faculty in our country, we should start to build a good full-time and part-time teachers who have preferred entrepreneurship quality ; strengthen the entrepreneurial experience and practice of entrepreneurship education teachers; improve the quality of university teachers in entrepreneurship education and promote their specialization.
