摘　　要："校企结合"是构建独立学院特色校园文化的一种有效途径,即独立学院在建设校园文化的过程中学习和借鉴企业文化精神,实现校园文化与企业文化的融合。独立学院校园文化建设中"校企融合"的实现途径主要包括:主动学习研究企业文化、邀请企业精英参与校园文化建设、全方位实施"校企联教"、注重来自企业的反馈信息。The ＂school-enterprise incorporation＂ is an effective way to construct the characteristics campus culture of the independent college, that is, the independent college learn the spirit of enterprise culture in the process of constructing the campus culture, and implement the integration of the campus culture and enterprise culture. The approaches of ＂school-enterprise incorporation＂ of independent college campus culture construction include ; actively learn and study the enterprise culture, invite the business elites to participate in campus culture construction, full implementation of the ＂the school-enterprise united education＂ and focus on the feedback information from the businesses.
