摘  要:研究了次郎果实发育期间主要营养成分的动态变化。结果表明,果实单果重呈单"S"曲线;可溶性糖含量在整个果实发育期间呈上升趋势;Vc含量呈现先升高而后降低的趋势;可溶性蛋白含量在生长发育过程中呈下降趋势,而且随着成熟度的增加降低程度加大;游离氨基酸含量从开花坐果后直到果实迅速生长期一直处于平缓的趋势,至将近成熟时游离氨基酸含量直线上升。Using Jiro persimmon as experiment material,changes of main nutritional components were studied during fruit developmental stage.The growth pattern of single fruit weight showed a "S" curve.The content of soluble sugar experienced the rising trend during the fruit development period.The content of Vc first increased then decreased.The content of soluble protein presented the downward trend,and the decreasing degree increased with the increase of maturity.The trend of content of free amino acids was gentle from flowering and fruit bearing periods to fruit rapidly growth periods,when the fruit near upon maturity period the content of free amino acids increased straightly.
