摘  要:在水温为(20±1)℃的静水条件下,用Pb2+、Cr6+和Zn2+对鲫鱼鱼苗进行联合毒性试验(离子浓度比1:1)。试验得出Pb2+、Cr6+联合对鲫鱼表现出协同作用,其24 h、48 h、96 h的半致死浓度分别为:46.95 mg/L、35.42 mg/L、21.62 mg/L;两种安全浓度为:6.05 mg/L、2.16 mg/L。Pb2+、Zn2+联合对鲫鱼表现出拮抗作用,其24 h、48 h、96 h的半致死浓度分别为:29.69 mg/L、22.23 mg/L、19.08 mg/L;两种安全浓度为:3.74mg/L、1.91 mg/L。Cr6+、Zn2+联合对鲫鱼表现出协同作用,其24 h、48 h、96 h的半致死浓度分别为:13.86mg/L、11.40 mg/L、9.99 mg/L;两种安全浓度为:2.31 mg/L、1.00 mg/L。In the condition of 20℃±1℃ water temperature and hydrostatic, used to have acute joint toxicity experiment on Carassius auratus Fries (lon Pb^2+ .Cr^6+ and Zn^2+ were concentration ratio 1:1 ). The experiment showed that the effect of Pb^2+ with Cr^6+ was synergistic, the half--lethal concentrations were 46.95 mg/L,35.42 mg/L,21.62 mg/L in 24 h,48 h and 96 h; two kinds of security con- centration were 6.05 mg/L,2. 16 mg/L. The effect of Pb^2+ with Zn^2+ was antagonism, the half--lethal concentrations were 29.69 mg/L,22.23 mg/L,19.08 mg/L in 24 h,48 h and 96 h; two kinds of security concentration were 3.74 mg/L,1.91 mg/L. The effect of Cr^6+ with Zn^2+ was synergistic, the half--lethal concentrations were 3.86 mg/L,11. 40 mg/L,9.99 mg/L; two kinds of security concentration was 2.31 mg/L,1.00 mg/L.
