摘  要:采用原位聚合法合成了以正十八烷为囊芯、三聚氰胺-甲醛树脂为囊壁的相变材料微胶囊,并用其对棉织物进行了整理.用扫描电镜、激光粒度仪对微胶囊及整理后织物的形貌、粒度进行表征,并对微胶囊及整理后织物的热性能进行了研究.结果表明:微胶囊粒径小,粒径分布窄,具有较高的相变焓;整理后织物具有蓄热调温功能.The phase change microcapsules with n-octadecane as core and melamine-formaldehyde as shell were prepared by in situ polymerization.The fabrics were finished with the microcapsules.The morphology of microcapsules and finished fabrics were characterized by using scanning electron microscopy(SEM);the diameter distributions of the microcapsules were investigated by particle size analyzer;the thermal physical properties of microcapsules and finished fabrics were analyzed by thermal analyzer.The results show that the microcapsule has smaller particle size,narrower particle size distribution and the higher enthalpy.The finished fabrics treated by different technologies have high heat storaging capacity and good thermoregulating capacity.
