摘  要:为研究测量机器人用于悬索桥静载试验变形测量的精度,分析了X和Z方向变形测量误差的主要来源,根据误差传播定律,推导了X、Z坐标及ΔX、ΔZ的测量中误差的计算公式,并以四渡河特大悬索桥为例,分析了定向距离、高差、测程、是否设置强制对中墩等因素对测量中误差的影响。结果表明,测量机器人测量精度高,能自动识别目标,是悬索桥静载试验变形测量的理想仪器;对于大跨度悬索桥,测程是影响测量精度最重要的因素,观测时应通过减小测程、增大定向距离、减小竖角、设置强制对中墩和固定棱镜、多测回观测等措施减小测量误差;大跨度悬索桥主塔偏位绝对值小,为提高相对测量精度,应采用两台仪器分别观测同侧主塔。In order to study the deformation measurement accuracy in the static load test of suspension bridges using georobot,the main measurement errors along x and z directions were analyzed and the mean square error formulas of x,z coordinates and Δx,Δz were derived according to the propagation law of errors.Taking Siduhe suspension bridge as an example,such factors that influence the mean square errors as orientation distance,height difference,measurement distance and forced centering pier were analyzed.The results indicate that georobot is an ideal instrument for the deformation measurement in static load test of suspension bridge for its high accuracy and automatic identification system,and the measurement distance is the most important factor that influences the mean square errors.Control measures such as shortening measurement distance,increasing orientation distance,reducing vertical angle,setting forced centering piers and fixed prisms and increasing observation frequency should be taken into auount in order to improve measurement accuracy,and two georobots should be used in the pylon deformation measurement because its absolute value is very small.
