摘　　要：为使太原市的发展战略更好地实现与本地区内外部环境的高度匹配,采用SWOT分析法对太原市面临的外部形势与企业内部的资源和战略能力进行了综合分析,针对太原市产业结构的现状与问题,提出了太原市产业转型的战略途径选择。In order to make the development strategy of Taiyuan achieve a high degree of matching the external environment enable and the local area to better, the author analyzed external situation of Taiyuan and internal resources and strategic ability of enterprises by using SWOT. Aiming at status and problems of Taiyuan industries, the author put forward a strategic approach of Taiyuan industrial restructuring options.
