SiO_2担载Na_3PO_4催化剂催化乳酸脱水反应的研究

摘  要:以硅酸钠与乙酸乙酯为原料制备了自制SiO2,并以自制SiO2和市售SiO2为载体制备了负载型固体酸催化剂,并通过乳酸脱水制丙烯酸反应来考察其性能.基于两种载体所制备的催化剂表现出了不同的催化性能,通过傅立叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、粉末X射线衍射仪(XRD)和N2等温吸附-脱附(BET)表征手段对载体进行结构分析,FT-IR表征结果表明两种载体红外谱图均与标准谱图一致,XRD结果表明自制SiO2载体与市售SiO2均具有相同的馒头峰结构特征,而BET结果表明自制SiO2则说明具有比表面积大且孔径分布均匀等特点.制备基于自制SiO2负载型的固体催化剂,并对其制备过程的影响因素进行考察,通过实验发现:负载量为1.0 mmol/g、浸渍温度为50℃、浸渍时间为3 h、焙烧温度为300℃、焙烧时间为3 h的条件下制备的催化剂具有最佳的反应活性.Silicon were prepared by sodium silicate and ethyl acetate.Synthesized solid acid catalysts over different silicon dioxides,the performance of catalysts were tested by the reaction of lactic acid dehydration to acrylic acid.Different reaction activities were obtained over two different carriers.The structure of two carriers were investigated by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),power X-ray diffraction(XRD) and N2 adsorption-desorption isotherms(BET).The FT-IR results show the same spectra between the two laoders and the standard spectra,whie the XRD results of characterization show that the two carriers have the same steamed bread structure.The BET result shows bigger surface area and pore size by synthesized silicon dioxides.The influencing factors in preparation were investigated.The optimal catalyst were carried out under the following conditions: the loading amount of 1.0 mmol/g,impregnating temperature of 50 ℃,impregnating time of 3 h,calcining temperature of 300 ℃ and calcining time of 3 h.
