区域科技创新与经济增长:基于省级面板数据模型的实证分析

摘　　要：在文献综述的基础上,构建区域科技创新指标体系。然后,利用中国大陆30个省市区2002—2008年的相关数据进行实证检验并建立了区域科技创新与经济增长的含有时期个体影响的固定效应变截距模型。通过实证分析得到以下3个基本结论:区域科技创新对经济增长具有显著的正向效应;区域科技创新促进经济增长具有显著的地区差异性;中国区域科技创新促进经济增长具有阶段性特征。最后,基于实证结论对提高我国区域科技创新能力提出相关建议。Based on the literature review, this paper established an indexes system of regional science and technology innovation. Then, it built a fixed-effect intercept model of regional science technology innovation and economic growth, which has time and individ- ual influence, by analyzing the related data of 30 provinces from 2002 to 2008. Through an empirical analysis, three conclusions can be drawn： first, regional science and technology innovation has significant positive effect on the economic growth; second, the effect is of great individual differences ; third, the effect is of feature of stage. In the end, some policy recommendations are proposed on the basis of the empirical conclusions to improve the ability of regional science and technology innovation.
