摘　　要：科技企业孵化器是培育高技术创新企业、促进科技成果转化的有力工具,如何提升科技企业孵化器的孵化能力,从而成功孵化出更多的高科技企业,对于推动我国高新技术产业的发展和实现经济发展方式的转变具有重要意义。在现有的能力成熟度模型的基础上,建立了科技企业孵化器能力成熟度模型,将科技企业孵化器的孵化能力成熟度分为5个等级,同时指出了提升孵化能力的路径,并设计了实施科技企业孵化器能力成熟度模型的基本流程。Technology business incubator is a powerful tool for nurturing high-tech new ventures and promoting the commercialization of scientific and technical achievements. How to improve the incubation capability of technology business incubators for incubating more high-tech enterprises has great significance for the development of high-tech industry and the transformation of economic growth pattern in China. Based on a variety of existing capability maturity models, a capability maturity model of technology business incubators is established in this research, dividing the incubation capability maturity of technology business incubators into five grades, and whereby the path for improving incubation capability is proposed and the basic process for the implementation of this model is designed.
