更昔洛韦治疗小儿急性疱疹性龈口炎43例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察更昔洛韦治疗小儿急性疱疹性龈口炎的临床效果。方法 80例患儿随机分为治疗组43例,对照组37例。治疗组给予静滴更昔洛韦,剂量为5～10mg.kg-1.d-1,1次.d-1,其他常规治疗两组相同,观察临床症状和体征的变化并进行分析。结果治疗组治愈率和有效率均高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。结论更昔洛韦治疗小儿急性疱疹性龈口炎疗程短,见效快,未见明显副作用。Aim To observe the effect of treatment for children＇s acute herpetic gingivostomatitis by Ganciclovir for injection.Methods 80 cases of acute herpetic gingivostomatitis children were randomly divided into two groups,43 cases of the observation group and 37 cases of the control group.Patients in the observation group were treated with intravenous infusion of Ganciclovir（5~10 mg·kg-1·d-1,iv）Besides all cases of two groups took the same routine treatments.The clinical symptoms and physical sign changes were observed and analyzed.Results The effect in the observation group is better than that in control group.There was statistical difference（P0.01）.Conclusion Ganciclovir for injection treatment has obvious effect on acute herpetic gingivostomatitis in children.
