摘  要:位于乌兹别克斯坦费尔甘纳盆地中央凹陷带的卡拉吉达构造由于埋藏深、高温、超高压、含H2S,目的层段有高压饱和盐水层且上覆盐膏层,试油测试难度极大。通过精细设计试油测试方案、优化设计测试参数,配套耐高压高温防硫井下测试工具、测试井口装置及地面测试和控制系统,研究应用超高压试油测试技术,成功地对卡拉吉达构造进行了试油测试资料录取和评价。应用结果表明,超高压深井试油测试技术达到国际先进水平,完全适用于井深6000m、压力140MPa、温度150℃的超高压高温含硫深井的试油测试。Kalajida structure is located in hollow zone of central Ferghana Valley,Uzbekistan.It is buried deeply with the characteristics of ultra-high temperature and pressure,containing H2S and saturated salt water of high pressure at the objective interval with salt bed covering it,which make oil production test extremely hard.The authors have successfully recorded and evaluated the test dada of Kalajida structure by carefully designing test plan,optimizing its parameters,using downhole testing tools of high pressure and temperature resistance and anti sulphur,testing wellhead assembly and control system,and studying and applying the technique of oil production test under ultra-high pressure.The result proves that the technique has reached advanced world standard and absolutely applies to oil production test of sulfur-containing wells(6000m deep) with ultra-high pressure(140MPa) and high temperature(1500C).
