运用软科学研究思维方式提高课题成果研究质量

摘　　要：新形势下,企业各项目单位运用软科学思维方式,把重大项目作为科研课题开展研究,用以提高企业的项目管理水平和产能效益。因此,提高课题成果研究质量是搞好企业改革的当务之急。在具体操作中,要切实做到"为企业科学决策服务,为职能部门改进管理服务,为基层单位经营发展服务",以企业要求为导向积极运用社会科学、自然科学、边缘科学的有关理论原理、方法、手段提高研究成果的前瞻性、针对性、实用性、合理性,积极利用理论知识解决生产中的实际问题。Under the new situation,each item unit in enterprise starts to study major programme as a scientific research by applying way of thinking of soft science in order to improve item management and its operational efficiency.It is urgent to raise quality of research results in completing reform of enterprise.To this end,effective efforts must be made to serve the enterprise in its scientific decision-making,serve the functional departments in their management improvement and serve the basic units in their business growth.At the same time,the author advocates adopting advanced study means to improve the results with respect to their foresight,pertinence,practical applicability and rationality,and making use of theoretical knowledge to solve practical production issues.
