摘 要:目的研制护士用职业认同评价工具,并检测其信度和效度。方法运用访谈法、专家咨询法和文献法设计预试问卷,并运用调查法对224名护士施测,系统分析问卷的信度及效度。结果护士的职业认同评定量表包含5个因子,共30个题目,累计贡献率为58.75%。量表的Cronbach’sα系数为0.938,拆半信度大于0.88。5因子评定量表的χ2/df值为1.85,各拟合指数均达到拟合要求,提示评定量表有较好的信度及效度。结论护士的职业认同评定量表可作为护士职业认同水平的测评工具,有望为护理人力资源管理提供参照依据。Objective To develop a professional identification scale(PIS) for nurses,and to test its reliability and validity.Methods The original PIS was developed by interviews,expert consultations and literature survey to systematically analyse reliability and validity of the scale on the basis of investigating 224 nurses.Results The PIS for nurses was consisted of five components and 30 items,with 58.75% total variance explained.Satisfactory reliability and validity were determined(Cronbach's α=0.0938,χ2/df=1.85).All the data met the demands of confirmatory factor analysis.Conclusion The PIS provides nursing managers a tool to evaluate professional identity for nurses and provide evidence for nursing human resource management.
