医学研究生大规模扩招引发的思考

摘　　要：医学是一类比较特殊的专业,对从事本专业的人员素质要求甚高。医学研究生教育是精英教育,质量的重要性远大于数量的重要性。针对目前医学研究生大规模扩招所带来的弊端进行分析阐述,提出医学研究生教育应适当调整发展规模。Medicine is a highly intelligent specialty that demands higher professional diathesis to those who are engaged in this occupation.It has been widely recognized that education of medical postgraduate is a superior education,and its importance of quality is far more than that of quantity.This current investigation was performed to analyze and illustrate the disadvantages caused by current continual quantity enlargement of medical postgraduates.Finally,the author concludes that education for medical postgraduate should be developed in a suitable scale.
