摘　　要：针对基层医院图书馆信息服务的现状和特点,结合笔者所在医院图书馆创新服务的实践经验,从服务理念、人才整合、拓展服务等方面,对基层医院的信息服务模式进行了探讨。Discussed in this paper is the information service model in grass-root hospital libraries from the aspects of service idea, staff integration, and service expansion, ere, based on the current situation and characteristics of information service in grass-root hospital libraries as well as the authors＇ practical experiences in their creative service.
