摘　　要：目的:对不同地区市售藕节炭进行质量考察。方法:对不同地区市售藕节炭的炒炭程度、水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、水浸出物、重金属进行考察,采用可见-紫外分光光度法对总多酚进行测定。结果:不同地区市售藕节炭质量存在差异。结论:藕节规范化炒炭工艺及藕节炭质量标准亟待建立。Objective： Studies on the quality of Nodus Nelumbinis Rhizomatis Charcoal from different drugstores.Methods： The degree of carbonizing process,water content,ash conten,acid-insoluble ash,water extract and heavy metal are examined.The content of total polyphenol in Nodus Nelumbinis Rhizomatis Charcoal was detected by ultraviolet visible spectrophotometry method.Results： The quality of Nodus Nelumbinis Rhizomatis Charcoal from different drugstores is different.Conclusion： The normalized processing technology and the quality standard of Nodus Nelumbinis Rhizomatis Charcoal are to be established urgently.
